5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and in order. Southern Global Gateways will assist but is not liable for any issues arising from invalid documentation.

6. Liability

Southern Global Gateways acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during travel.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
