All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Full or partial payment must be received as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
Cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information.
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and in order. Southern Global Gateways will assist but is not liable for any issues arising from invalid documentation.
Southern Global Gateways acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during travel.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
