Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges vary depending on the time of cancellation and the specific services booked. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.

2. Standard Cancellation Timeline

  • 60+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge
  • 45-59 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge
  • 30-44 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Service charges and booking fees
  • Special event tickets (if already purchased)

5. Amendments

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees plus any fare/rate differences.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), standard cancellation charges may be waived or reduced at our discretion.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
